Thomas J. Worsfold
Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Tom Worsfold is the fourth lawyer in his family. After studying social sciences with an emphasis on Law and Society at Michigan State University, Tom pursued his law degree at Marquette University Law School. In his first year at Marquette, Tom was a Dean’s list honoree and was recognized with a CALI Award for earning the highest grade in his Legal Writing II class. As a 2L he was a Member of the Marquette Law Review and participated in the Jenkins Moot Court Competition, Marquette’s honors intramural Moot Court competition. Tom was then elected to serve as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Association for his 3L year and was an Associate Editor on the Law Review. In addition to his scholastic achievements, Tom gained invaluable experience interning for Judge Coffey of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and with the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
Tom joined our firm after graduating from Marquette in 2009, and conducts a general practice in the areas of Appellate Practice, Business Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, and Family Law.
