Mark V. Sewall
Mark was born in 1958 in Neenah, Wisconsin, graduated from Armstrong High School and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987, summa cum laude. In 1990, Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School inMadison and began practice with the law firm Sigman, Janssen, Stack, Sewall & Pitz, becoming a partner in 1997.
After graduating from high school and prior to beginning college in 1984, Mark worked in a Menasha paper mill and also worked for four years on engine assembly at the Kohler Company in Kohler, WI. That experience lead to an interest in practicing worker’s compensation and injury law in general after joining the Sigman Janssen law firm.
Throughout his career, Mark’s practice has been devoted to injury and disability law including personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security and disability law, representing clients throughout the State of Wisconsin. Mark’s practice has taken him to all parts of the State of Wisconsin for litigation. Through his practice areas, he has become proficient in workers’ compensation law, insurance law, and disability law.
Over the years Mark has successfully litigated numerous worker’s compensation and personal injury cases throughout the state. Mark represents clients injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, by dog bites, as well as workplace accidents.
Mark is a member of the Outagamie Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar, The Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, Wisconsin’s Worker’s Compensation Organization, and is also licensed to practice in Federal Circuit Court of both the Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin.
