Shortly after graduation I began a
general practice at a large regional law firm located in
Stevens Point, Wisconsin. In Stevens Point my practice
involved business litigation, municipal law, plaintiff
personal injury and insurance defense. I joined Sigman,
Janssen, Stack, Sewall & Pitz in August of 2004.
During the course of my career I have
had the opportunity to establish a diversified practice. I
have represented both municipalities and individuals in
planning and zoning matters. I have represented plaintiffs
and insurance companies in personal injury cases. I have
had the opportunity to represent contractors as well as
property owners in complex construction defect matters. I
have had experience in representing clients in the area of
consumer protection and have used that experience to
trouble-shoot for my business clients in order to avoid
common pitfalls.
I take pleasure in serving my clients
and making them feel comfortable and confident with the
legal process. It is my hope that at the conclusion of any
case, in addition to achieving success, my client feels I
have been accessible and responsive to their needs. It is
my goal to educate each client so that at the end of their
case they feel they have been a well informed participant.
