Experience
Our Real Estate Department consists of a team of legal professionals
with the experience to handle all aspects of real estate transactions.
We assist both commercial and residential clientele with their
real estate needs. Our client base includes developers, lenders,
investors, and contractors as well as the homebuyer/seller.
The Real Estate Department consists of over 6 Attorneys.
Each attorney in the department has developed one or more
subspecialties so that the department may offer a broad range
of expertise and depth of experience. Because real estate
matters often involve many facets, the Real Estate Department
works closely with the firm's construction, finance, corporate,
tax, business, and litigation Attorneys. When required, we
involve a team of Attorneys whose combined expertise meets
the client's needs. This internal structuring enables the
department to provide high-quality service to its clients
in a cost-effective manner.
We represent purchasers, sellers, tenants, landlords, municipalities,
developers, contractors and lenders across the spectrum of
real estate matters, including purchases, sales/tax deferred
issues, leaseholds for office and commercial use, zoning and
land use planning, real estate development/construction, real
estate finance, and real estate litigation.
The Real Estate Department recognizes that our clients require
technical expertise as well as common sense and practical
judgment. We are proud of our real estate support staff and
our technological systems. In order to manage our work efficiently,
we invest in "up-to-the-minute" computer technology
and time/billing systems. Our Attorneys and staff keep apprised
of new developments in the real estate industry and changes
in the law. We are focused on posturing our clients in the
best possible legal position. Our mission is to assure that
our expertise and technological investments help our client
get the deal done in a timely and economical manner.
